Would you believe that we are taking care of our neighbor's cats for three weeks? The mama cat just had three kittens 5 weeks ago. They are very cute, but if you recall, I am not fond of animals and my children have picked up on this trait. They talk big that they are going to hold the cats, but they are resistant when we are in the presence of the animals. However, they look forward to carrying the key as we walk over to the house. Unfortunately, this experience has reassured my desire to never have animals in my house. We are pleased to report that the kittens are all alive and happy; this is my goal for the next 8 days.
