Smokey took Breven on his first campout last weekend. Breven had a great time and thought it was fun to sleep in the tent. Sienna and I had a great Girls' Night by going to a Cinderella play at a local elementary school, and then we had our own campout in the living room. I asked, hoping, if it would be just as fun to sleep in "Mom's bed" but that was no good. When Smokey came home and saw the tent inside, he said, "Now that is the way to camp."

What a fun campout you all had! I think I would take the indoor tent over the rugged outdoors anytime. :)

You are a good sport... I think I would have snuck to my own bed in the middle of the night. smile
